Guten Morgen,
ich habe noch eine Frage zum Nachtschlaf. Ich habe ja nachts 3 stdl. geweckt. Gestern war der Akku leer und Baby hat von 21.30 (letztes Stillen) bis 2.30 Uhr geschlafen. Nächstes Stillen um 5.15 Uhr. Ist die 5 Std. Pause ok?

Hin und wieder ist das okay. Momentan sollten es nachts möglichst nicht länger als 4h sein. Nachts sind die Rezeptoren für die Stillhormone sensibler. Daher fließt die Milch leichter und dem Körper wird auch für den nächsten Tag Bedarf gemeldet. Nächtliches Stillen ist daher wichtig.
