Ich suche gerade relativ erfolglos nach aktueller Literatur oder Protokollen zum Umgang mit vermutetem "Milchgangsoor" oder subakuter Mastitis. Ich meine folgende Symptome:
* Kind wurde lange problemlos gestillt
* nach >5 Monaten stechende Schmerzen in der Brust während des Stillens und danach
* Anlegen ist gut, keine sichtbaren Verletzungen
* Antimykotikum bringt keine Besserung

Weiß da jemand was konkretes? Es wäre akut. Dankeschön.
