das ist ja ein toller Leitfaden, so toll bekommt man es nicht mal beim KiA ausgehändigt!
Wir würden Jana mit Mischkost groß ziehen und müssen somit keinen zusätzlichen Vitamine als Nahrungsergänzung geben. Am Wochenende wollen wir mal mit dem klassischen Pastinakenbrei starten. Haben einen Dampfgarer mit dem ich viel arbeiten möchte
Wie macht man das denn, wenn die Breie zukünftig etwas mehr Kalorien haben sollen? Und wie führe ich Beikost ein ohne nach und nach abzustillen? Würde unsere Tochter gerne wenigstens ein Jahr stillen - muss ich da auf etwas aufpassen? Wenn es ihr schmecken sollte, will ich sie ja auch nach Lust und Hunger essen lassen!

Zum Gewicht, da würde ich erstmal nichts ändern. Das ist so ok.
Zur Beikost:
Ist sie denn schon beikostreif?
Das Alter sollte da eine untergeordnete Rolle spielen. Bis zum 6. Monat ist die WHO Empfehlung voll zu stillen.
Es besteht also keine Eile. Ihr verpasst da nichts.
Wenn du nicht abstillen möchtest, also keine Anstattkost geben möchtest, ist es ratsam, nicht den klassischen Brei-Tabellen zu folgen. Da wird ja schrittweise nach einem bestimmten Schema eine Mahlzeit ersetzt.
Das ist so in der Form übrigens auch nicht mehr die Empfehlung der DGE.
Es darf von Beginn an (also ab Beikostreife) zu jeder gemeinsamen Mahlzeit geeignete Kost gegeben werden. Das darf dann auch aus der kompletten Palette der Nährstoffe sein, ein Beginnen mit einzelnen Gemüsesorten ist nicht notwendig.
Wenn Pastinake eh auf eurem Speiseplan steht, kannst du das gerne verwenden. Du muss aber keine Lebensmittel verwenden, die ihr nicht esst, nur weil sie als Babybrei propagiert werden.
Das Verdauungssystem wird nicht überfordert, wenn 2-3 x Tag kleine Mengen Beikost gegessen werden. Das ist besser als eine Mahlzeit am Tag schnell zu ersetzen.
Ob nun nur Brei oder gar kein Brei oder beides, das ist nicht entscheidend. Wichtig ist, ihr macht das Angebot, das Kind entscheidet was gegessen wird und wieviel.
Reine Gemüsebreie sind also nicht so geeignet um Kalorien ins Kind zu bekommen. Vor allem, wenn sie nicht mit ausreichend Fett angereichert werden. Dazu eignen sich auch Nussmuse.
Du kannst Gemüse dünsten und pürieren oder zerdrücken. Du kannst aber auch von eurem Ofengemüse was zerdrücken oder pürieren.
Mach es dir nicht kompliziert!

vielen Dank für die tolle Beratung! Das macht uns bestimmt auch mehr Spaß einfach drauf los zu essen, statt einen Plan zu verfolgen! Klingt toll!
Gestern hat sie meinem Mann mal in den Teller gegriffen, sie stößt nichts mehr mit der Zunge raus und stürzt sich auf feste, gekühlte Gemüsesticks, die wir ihr vor ein paar Wochen eigentlich wegen den Zähnchen gegeben haben zum Kühlen, die aber nun bei uns regelmäßig mal gegeben werden weil es ihr Spaß macht dran rumzuschlecken Trotzdem hat uns unser Bauchgefühl gesagt, dass wir doch noch bis zum neuen Jahr warten wollen, da sie aus unserer Sicht all diese Dinge noch nicht als Essbares wahrnimmt, sondern als etwas, woran man gerne rumlutscht. Schätzen wir das richtig ein?
Oder sollen wir mutig sein und von der nächsten Portion Ofengemüse einfach mal ein bisschen was anbieten, zb Kartoffel und Kürbis oder Zucchini püriert mit etwas Öl beigemengt (natürlich ungewürzt!).

Laienerfahrung: Bei uns bestanden die ersten 4 Wochen Beikost aus Rumlutschen, Zerdrücken und das Meiste wieder Ausspucken. Für meine Begriffe gehört das schon auch irgendwie dazu. Dafür, dass ich etwas runterschlucke, muss ich es gut kennen und erkunde es also vorher ausführlich, was Konsistenz und Geschmack angeht.
Ausspucken heißt nicht beikostunreif, würde ich sagen, wenn es davor eine Weile im Mund geduldet wird. Auch Ausspucken muss ja geübt werden, bei zu heißen Sachen sollte man es ja sogar können oder wenn einem etwas überhaupt nicht schmeckt. Stell dir vor, es ist total eklig im Mund , du weißt aber gar nicht, wie du es rausbekommst..
Also,.ich würde sagen, anbieten schadet nicht bei euch.
Und Ofengemüse kannst du ihr doch auch einfach so in die Hand geben, ohne Pürieren. Das ist sogar ziemlich ideal.

Liebe Sommermama,
vielen herzlichen Dank, dass du uns Mut zum Ausprobieren gemacht hast! Wir haben daraufhin unserer Kleinen beim Abendessen einen Kürbis-Kartoffel-Brei (mit etwas Öl) angeboten und sie hat sich regelrecht drauf gestürzt! Wir haben uns so köstlich amüsiert, weil sie so einen Appetit hatte! Es dürften etwa 6 Löffelchen gewesen sein, da tatsächlich im Bauch gelandet sind. Abends hatte sie dann leider etwas Bauchweh, weshalb wir gestern Pastinaken-Kartoffel-Brei probiert haben, von dem sie genauso viel gegessen hatte und danach hatte sie nur ganz kurz ein bisschen Bauchgrummeln und dann war es wieder gut! Deshalb bleiben wir jetzt erst mal beim Pastinaken-Kartoffel-Brei, bis sie den Brei gut verträgt! Es macht auf jeden Fall sehr viel Spaß! Haben jetzt noch 9 Portionen Pastinaken-Kartoffel-Brei mit jeweils ca. 40 g eingefroren.
