Wir waren letzte Woche unterwegs, deshalb gibt es erst jetzt wieder ein Gewicht. Die Menge funktioniert nach wie vor gut. Gefühlsmäßig habe ich etwas mehr Milch, in der Nacht kommen wir ohne Zufütterung aus. Vor allem abends braucht er mehr.

Ich habe die Menge jetzt etwas reduziert, weil ich das Gefühl hatte, er braucht nicht mehr so viel dazu. In der Nacht braucht er gelegentlich wieder ein bisschen.

Das sieht richtig gut aus! Und toll, dass du es geschafft hast, da auf die Zeichen deines Kindes zu achten. Das scheinst du absolut richtig eingeschätzt zu haben, das Gewicht sieht gut aus. Reduzier ruhig weiter so in kleinen Schritten. Traust du dir das zu?

Entschuldige die späte Antwort, waren die letzte Woche unterwegs. Ich habe in der Woche mit den geringeren Mengen weitergemacht, größtenteils hatte ich ein gutes Gefühl. Es waren aber auch Phasen dabei, wo ich jedes Weinen als Hunger interpretiert habe. Das Vertrauen in mein Bauchgefühl und meinen Körper ist noch nicht sehr groß. Als ich dann heimgekommen bin, hab ich ihn erstmal gewogen. Bin dann gleich in Panik verfallen, weil er da nur 5540 g hatte (hätte somit nur 50 g zugenommen), deshalb hat er an diesem Tag auch wieder mehr am Abend bekommen.
Jetzt in den letzten zwei Tagen hatte ich wieder ein gutes Gefühl, er wollte auch wenn ich es ihm angeboten habe nicht mehr dazu. Das Gewicht heute war 5650g.
Ich würde gerne noch eine Woche bei diesen Mengen bleiben, einfach um ein gutes Gefühl zu haben und wenn das Gewicht passt, dann weiter reduzieren. Ist das so in Ordnung?

Hallo,
es geht uns soweit ganz gut. Sein Schlafverhalten hat sich halt ziemlich geändert, er wird in der Nacht jetzt fast alle zwei Stunden wach (möchte dann gestillt werden und schläft dann gleich weiter), auch tagsüber schläft er kaum (insgesamt vielleicht zwei Stunden). Er ist nie wirklich schlecht gelaunt, lernt momentan gefühlt auch jeden Tag etwas dazu.
Trotzdem ist meine erste Erklärung für das wenige Schlafen, dass er dauernd Hunger hat (meine größte Angst seit seiner Geburt). Abgesehen davon ist die Gewichtszunahme deutlich weniger als in den Wochen davor. Ehrlich gesagt traue ich mich jetzt nicht mehr weiter zu reduzieren. Was meinst du?

Zu den Daten der letzten Woche, ich pumpe jetzt viel seltener, weil ich momentan einfach weniger Zeit dafür habe.

rotzdem ist meine erste Erklärung für das wenige Schlafen, dass er dauernd Hunger hat (meine größte Angst seit seiner Geburt).

Das ist leider fast immer die Folge von frühem Zufütterbedarf, da bist du nicht alleine. Es gibt aber so viele verschiedene Gründe, warum Kinder unzufrieden sein können!

Die Zunahme ist ganz normal. Auch die Ausscheidungen haben sich nicht verändert. Ich würde wirklich weiter reduzieren.
