Premilchreduktionsdrama, schlechte Gewichtszunahme - noch eine Chance auf (Teil-)Stillen?

Hallo Teazer,

danke, dass du immer so schnell und auf alle meine Fragen antwortest! Ich fühle mich wirklich gut aufgehoben Leider schaffe ich gerade bei jedem Abpumpen nur ca. 10 ml, da war sonst gerade nachts schon mal mehr drin. Dabei habe ich ansonsten das Gefühl, dass die Milch eher mehr wird, K. schluckt länger ohne BES und ich kriege schneller ein Spannungsgefühl in der Brust. Aber als ob wir Fortschritte machen fühlt es sich nicht an

irgendwie sind manche Tage voller Zweifel, danke für deine aufmunternden Worte! Heute war wieder etwas besser.
Wir hatten heute U4 und die erste große Impfrunde. K. ist durchschnittlich groß, nur halt zierlich, hat aber weiter auf ihrer Kurve zugenommen. Ansonsten ist die Entwicklung völlig unauffällig, der Kinderarzt ist zufrieden, müssen auch nicht nochmal zum Wiegen vorbei kommen.

Hallo Teazer,

heute läuft es etwas besser, konnte nachts ein bisschen mehr pumpen und kann mittags schon 50 ml Muttermilch zufüttern
Weißt du wie lange man in der Regel eine Pumpe auf Rezept ausleihen kann? Habe sie ja schon den dritten Monat und müsste mich sonst langsam um Ersatz kümmern, wenn die Krankenkasse das nicht mehr zahlt.

Mir ist keine Begrenzung bekannt. Am besten, Du fragst in der Praxis nach, die bisher verordnet hat.

Bei uns in Österreich ist das je nach Krankenkasse unterschiedlich, hab meine nur 3 Monate bekommen und zahle jetzt selbst - 1,80€ pro Tag für die Medela Symphony.

Bei uns war es so, dass der Frauenarzt zweimal ein Rezept für die Pumpe ausstellen konnte für jeweils 3 Monate. Danach hätte ich zum Kinderarzt gekonnt, der hätte auch nochmal verschreiben können.

Danke wunderkind, dann frage ich notfalls nochmal beim Kinderarzt.

Die letzten beiden Tage waren irgendwie wirr und unruhig, hatten Termine, ich habe wenig geschlafen und in einer Nacht mal wieder eine Mahlzeit verschlafen. Das sieht man auch an unserer Liste. Habe es trotzdem geschafft zu pumpen, an einem Tag auch gut, ging nur irgendwie wohl auf Kosten der Stillfrequenz (wobei ich sicher das ein oder andere Einschlafstillen vergessen habe). Jetzt am Wochenende muss erst mal wieder Ruhe einkehren. Insgesamt habe ich das Gefühl, dass ich mit 8x50 ml Zufütterung gerade zu viel anbiete. Ich schütte wieder relativ viel Pre weg und Muttermilch gebe ich nur noch in 40 ml Portionen, die möchte ich so ungern wegschütten. Und nach 40 ml ist die Spuckerei deutlich weniger habe ich das Gefühl. Könnte ich vielleicht 4x40 und 4x50 ml Zufütterung anbieten? Oder muss ich versuchen K. mehr einzuverleiben bei dem Gewichtsverlauf? Eigentlich tut sie sehr laut kund, wenn sie noch Hunger hat und noch etwas nachgeben kann ich ja immer.
