Frühchen-Zwillinge stillen

Ich fange im Mai nächsten Jahres wieder an zu arbeiten, mein Mann bleibt mit den beiden noch bis August zu Hause, bevor sie in die Krippe gehen. Jetzt könne wir uns das überhaupt nicht vorstellen, irgendwann mal wieder ein Tagesablauf zu haben, in dem die Kinder nicht durchgehen die Taktgeber sind. Aber ein bischen Zeit ist ja auch noch.

Deine Babys werden so schnell groß und mit knapp 1 1/2 sind sie schon richtige Kleinkinder. Bis dahin wird hoffentlich auch wieder Struktur in euren Alltag einkehren. Auf jeden Fall schlafen die allermeisten Kinder mit 1 1/2 nur noch einmal am Tag und das zu einer festen Uhrzeit. Schön, dass dein Mann dann nochmal ein paar Monate zu Hause bleiben kann.

Zun unserem gestrigen Tag: die BES sind wieder ausgepackt und weder die beiden noch ich haben verlernt, wie sie funktionieren. Joshua und Severin waren sogar so eifrig dabei, dass ich fast ein bischen entäuscht war. Wir füttern mittags und abends zu und zumindest mittags, dachte ich, sie wären soweit zufrieden and er Brust -haben abgedockt und wollten nicht mehr- und kaum war das Set angeklebt, war der Appetit wieder da... das lässt mich dann doch an meiner Milchproduktion zweifeln.

Die Zunahme war jetzt die letzte Woche bei beiden auch unterhalb der normalen Zunahme, so dass zufüttern sicherlich im Moment sinnvoll ist. Vielleicht gibt das Domperidon den letzten Kick. Ich drücke dir auf jeden Fall dafür die Daumen.

Wir waren gestern wieder bei der Babymassage und ich halte mittlerweile nicht mehr viel von der Hebamme dort (sie hat einer anderen Mama geraten ihr vollgestilltes 7Wochen altes Baby mit Wasser und Tee auf Diät zu setzen...), aber sie meinte bei uns, dass es schön wär wenn die beiden bis Herbst noch ein wenig Fett ansetzen würden, damit sie in der kälteren Zeit noch eine Puffer haben. Wie gesagt, ich schalte meist auf Durchzug, wenn sie Empfehlungen zum Stillen und Co gibt.
Mich interessiert jetzt nur, ob es für Babys sowas wie nen BMI beim Erwachsenen gibt... die beiden sind schon ziemlich groß (63cm) und mit dem Gewicht dementsprechend dratig.

da der Sprung bei beiden Babys aufgetreten ist, wird es sicherlich stimmen. Wir werden es morgen wissen. Hast du das Gefühl das Domperidon wirkt schon?

Du kannst auf den Perzentilen nachsehen, wo deine Babys liegen. Hier ist der Link zur WHO.

Im Verhältnis zur Größe liegen sie unter der ersten Perzentile. Einen BMI fürs Alter gibt es übrigens auch, suche einfach mal auf der Seite der WHO. Du solltest aber immer im Hinterkopf haben, dass sie zu früh auf die Welt kamen und Frühchen sehr lange noch deutlich schmaler als ihre Altergenossen sind. Wenn sie jetzt wieder im Normalbereich nach WHO zunehmen, ist das vollkommen okay. Klar wäre mehr Fett praktisch, wenn sie mal krank sind, aber mehr wie stillen und zufüttern kannst du nicht.

Hallo Kristina,

ich bin sicher nicht die beste im Beruhigen, da ich ja selbst auch aufgeregt bin, wenn das Stillen oder die Gewichtsentwicklung gerade nicht so gut ist , aber eines wollte ich dir zumindest schreiben: Die Größenermittlung bei so ganz Kleinen ist ja echt schwierig und bei diesem Vergleich Gewicht zu Länge kommt es ja wirklich auf jeden cm an und jeder cm ändert schon viel in den Perzentilen. Da würde ich mich wirklich nicht verrückt machen. Deidamaus hat im Blick wie deine Zwillinge zunehmen und ob es ausreichend ist!
Du machst das so unglaublich prima, ich denke mir ohne die Arbeit mit BES, Zufüttern etc. ist schon alleine die Versorgung von zwei so ganz Kleinen eine großartige Leistung!! Ich wünsche dir, dass sich die Gewichtswerte morgen bestätigen

Mit dem Domperidon merke ich noch keine Wirkliche Veränderung, höchstens, dass sie etwas ausdauernder trinken, aber das könnte auch Einbildung sein. Wie Beschreiben denn andere Frauen eine Wirkung auf die Milchbildung?

Hallo!

Wir haben gestern unsere letzte Packung Frühgeorenennahrung aufgebraucht und da man die nur bis 5kg füttern soll, auf BEBA Pre gewechselt. Das lösst sich unglaublich schlecht, man sieht an der Flaschenwand noch richtig die Kristalle. Das war dann gestern über das BES eine echte Qual zu füttern und nach 10ml in einer 3/4Stunde habe ich entnervt auf die großen Schläuche gewechselt (da gings dann in einer normalen Zeit). Habt ihr sowas schonmal von der BEBA Nahrung gehört (glaube nicht, dass wir einen Fehler beim Anrühren machen- da sind wir ja nun schon alte Hasen) und habt Tips für uns?

Ich hab gestern beim Daten kopieren noch vergessen, Severins Gewicht zu ändern -ist heute wieder korrekt. Und ich glaube mir einzubilden, dass ich mehr Milch hätte, die Brüste fühlen sich schwerer an. Ganz sicher bin ich aber nicht.
Die Urinwindeln sind auch wieder so, dass ich sie ruhigen Gewissens als gut gefüllt bezeichnen kann.

Das lösst sich unglaublich schlecht, man sieht an der Flaschenwand noch richtig die Kristalle. Das war dann gestern über das BES eine echte Qual zu füttern und nach 10ml in einer 3/4Stunde habe ich entnervt auf die großen Schläuche gewechselt (da gings dann in einer normalen Zeit). Habt ihr sowas schonmal von der BEBA Nahrung gehört (glaube nicht, dass wir einen Fehler beim Anrühren machen- da sind wir ja nun schon alte Hasen) und habt Tips für uns?

Du kannst die Pre nach dem Anrühren nochmal durch ein feines Sieb streichen, damit die Klümpchen raus gehen.

Ich hab gestern beim Daten kopieren noch vergessen, Severins Gewicht zu ändern -ist heute wieder korrekt. Und ich glaube mir einzubilden, dass ich mehr Milch hätte, die Brüste fühlen sich schwerer an. Ganz sicher bin ich aber nicht.
Die Urinwindeln sind auch wieder so, dass ich sie ruhigen Gewissens als gut gefüllt bezeichnen kann.

Das hört sich doch beides positiv an. Ich würde vorschlagen jetzt noch ein paar Tage bei der Zufüttermenge zu bleiben und dann nochmal eine Reduktion probieren.

hallo ich nehm beba ha pre und das löst sich absolut problemlos.. ich mix immer heißes u kaltes wasser auf ca max 43 grad. in knapp sechs wochen nie kristalle oder klumpen bildung gesehen.
