was für einen Eindruck machen denn deine beiden Babys auf dich? So langsam sollte die Waage wieder etwas mehr anzeigen.

Hallo Deidamaus,

die beiden machen an sich einen guten Eindruck, lachen, brabbeln...also nicht anders, als vor 2Wochen. Die wenig gefüllten Urinwindeln sind auffällig, wobei das -wenn ich drüber nachdenke- ein schleichender Prozess war, der schon etwas länger geht. Also immer ein bischen weniger, die nächdte wieder voller, deshalb nicht weiter beachtet und so. Richtig bewusst geworden ist mir das aber erst bei der großen Hitze die letzten Tage.

Der heutige Tag war übrigens genau wie die vorherigen... Ich sorge mich auch langsam wirklich. Ich würde es jetzt auch nicht schlimm finden, wenn ich das mit dem Vollstillen halt nicht schaffe. Das parallele Zufüttern über das BES kann ich auch gut 2-3 mal in den Tagesablauf einplanen- dann ist es halt so.

Oder hättest du noch andere Ideen und würdest nicht so schnell aufgeben?

Ohne Zufüttern nur stillen zu können, ist großartig, und ich hab die letzte Woche in der Hinsicht sehr genossen. Die Gewichtsentwicklung hat die Freude aber auch schnell wieder gedämpft.

Komm nur aus einer Fachrichtung weit weg von Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe... welche Dosis ist den notwendig? Muss der Bockshornklee ausgeschlichen werden oder dann gleich einfach weg lassen?

Als Dosis sind 3 mal 30 mg täglich (also 3 mal 3 Tabletten) zur Steigerung der Milchbildung sinnvoll. Hier steht noch einiges dazu
Steigerung der Milchbildung mit Domperidon.

Muss der Bockshornklee ausgeschlichen werden oder dann gleich einfach weg lassen?

Du kannst direkt damit aufhören und mit Domperidon starten.

Sollte ich den Wechsel auf Domperidon noch abwarten oder doch parallel noch mit Zufüttern anfangen? Wie lange würde es denn dauern, bis man von den Domperidon ein Wirkung erwarten kann?

Die maximale Wirkung ist nach 2-3 Wochen erreicht, die meisten Mütter merken nach 2-3 Tagen schon eine Wirkung.

Wenn du morgen gleich damit starten würdest, wäre ein paar Tage abwarten sicherlich noch vertretbar. Alternativ kannst du auch nochmal mit der Zufütterung einsteigen und du reduzierst dann später nochmal neu. Wenn würde ich dir empfehlen mit zweimal 35 ml (oder was sich gut als Portionsgröße anrühren lässt) pro Baby zu starten.

Lawrence und Lawrence geben in "Breastfeeding: A Guide for the Medical Profession", Ausgabe 1999, folgende Durchschnitts-Trinkmengen (in ml, mit Standardabweichung) in 24 Std. an:

jünger als ein Monat 673 +/- 192
1 bis 2 Monate 756 +/- 170
2 bis 3 Monate 782 +/- 172
3 bis 4 Monate 810 +/- 142
4 bis 5 Monate 805 +/- 117
5 bis 6 Monate 896 +/- 122

Wie du siehst, steigt der Bedarf deiner Babys kaum noch.

Werden wir mittelfristig dann auch wieder mit der Zufüttermenge hochgehen müssen oder besteht da die Möglichkeit, dass meine Brüste ihre Leistung doch noch anpassen?

Normalerweise muss die Zufüttermenge bis zum Beikoststart nicht mehr erhöht werden. Ich denke aber, dass das Domperidon den letzten Schwung geben wird.

Hallo!

Ich fange im Mai nächsten Jahres wieder an zu arbeiten, mein Mann bleibt mit den beiden noch bis August zu Hause, bevor sie in die Krippe gehen. Jetzt könne wir uns das überhaupt nicht vorstellen, irgendwann mal wieder ein Tagesablauf zu haben, in dem die Kinder nicht durchgehen die Taktgeber sind. Aber ein bischen Zeit ist ja auch noch.

Zun unserem gestrigen Tag: die BES sind wieder ausgepackt und weder die beiden noch ich haben verlernt, wie sie funktionieren. Joshua und Severin waren sogar so eifrig dabei, dass ich fast ein bischen entäuscht war. Wir füttern mittags und abends zu und zumindest mittags, dachte ich, sie wären soweit zufrieden and er Brust -haben abgedockt und wollten nicht mehr- und kaum war das Set angeklebt, war der Appetit wieder da... das lässt mich dann doch an meiner Milchproduktion zweifeln.
