Nach welcher Zeit ohne zufüttern kann man den sagen, dass wir über den Berg sind und es tatsächlich geschafft haben?

Hallo Kristina,

zwei Wochen sollte das Gewicht noch täglich beobachtet werden. Bei Zwillingen mit ehemaligen Zufütterbedarf sollte bis zum Beikoststart das Gewicht auch danach noch regelmäßig kontrolliert werden, dann reicht es aber, alle ein bis zwei Wochen zu wiegen.

Genieße den Tag ohne BES.

Hallo,
den ersten Tag ohne Zufüttern konnten wir leider nicht so genießen, wie gedacht. Josuha hatte von mittag bis abend sehr gemeine Bauchprobleme -zumindest ist das meine Erklärung- er hat nach 5min an der Brust immer wieder angefangen zu schreien und sich durchzustrecken. Er hat sich dann erst beruhigt, wenn die Brust außer Reichweite war, aber gieriges Nuckeln am Finger hat uns trotzdem vermittelt, dass er hungrig ist. Hab die beiden deshalb immer wieder angelegt und mich über die paar Minuten ruhiges Trinken gefreut, bevor Joshua sich wieder gekrümmt hat. Wir haben Bauch massiert und im Fliegergriff getragen und abends, als wir kurz davor waren in die Notaufnahme zu fahren, ging das stillen plötzlich wieder ohne Problme. Er ist dann sogar an der Brust eingeschlafen und auch der heutige Tag war bis jetzt recht entspannt. Ich hoffe, das bleibt so.

puh,das klingt nach einem anstrengenden Abend und erinnert mich an meine Große. Wir waren auch kurz davor ins KH zu fahren und dann hat sie plötzlich gut gestillt und ist eingeschlafen.

Ich lese auch schon seit Beginn mit und finde es so toll, was ihr geschafft habt! Du kannst wirklich stolz auf dich (euch) sein!!!

Hallo Kristina,

ja, ihr habt es tatsächlich geschafft. Du stillst deine Zwillinge voll und die Gewichtsentwicklung ist ganz normal.

Du kannst zu recht stolz auf dich sein.

Mein Vorschlag für das weitere Vorgehen:
- Bis zum Wochenende bleibt alles beim Alten, d.h. täglich wiegen und Windelanzahl und Stillhäufigkeit notieren.
- Am Freitag/Samstag beginnst du den Bockshornkleesamen auszuschleichen, d.h. täglich eine Kapsel weniger einnehmen, dabei weiter wiegen.

Wenn du den Bocks ausgeschlichen hast, reduzierst du die Wiegehäufigkeit. Näheres sage ich dir dann.
