Heyhey, eigentlich ganz gut- sie kommen mit den Füttermengen ganz gut hin. Sind über den Tag immer noch oft unglücklich..aber mittlerweile hab ich nicht jedes mal Angst, sie verhungern. Im Tragetuch kommen sie immer gut zur Ruhe. Es sind halt keine "tiefenentspannten" Babys, die sich in einer Babyschale Parken lassen-was ja auch gut ist. Das hoffe ich zumindest- die Angst irgendwas falsch zu machen und den beiden nicht gerecht zu werde, ist irgendwie auch immer da. Aber das gehört wohl dazu.

Ich arbeite jetzt mit zwei BES und es funktioniert. Ich hab nur das Gefühl, dass sie bei den BES irgendwann zu müde sind, um weiter zu trinken, aber eigentich noch was gebrauchen könnten. Vorher haben sie sich das vielleicht immer über die Flasche geholt (zumindest haben sie die Flaschen fast immer ausgetrunken, beim BES schaffen sie das kaum). Kann das sein?
Wir bieten zu den Zufüttermahlzeiten 40ml extra an und abends bei der letzten Runde, dann nochmal die Menge zusätzlich, die sie über den Tag nicht geschafft haben. Bei Joshua waren das 70ml und doch recht viel, deshalb hat er nochmal die Flasche bekommen und die hat er auch fast geleert. Severin war nach dem BES nicht nochmal wach zu bekommen und deshalb konnten wir ihm die fehlenden 40 nicht mehr anbieten.
Kann ich es weiter so machen, dass ich über den Tag mit dem BES arbeite und bei der letzten Fütterung die restliche Menge per FLasche anbiete, dass sie nicht zu schnell runtergehen, weil sie mit dem alleine das vielleicht doch nicht schaffen?

Die Zunahme bei beiden liegt im Normalbereich. Das ist sehr gut.

Deswegen:
Biete die geplante Zufüttermenge gleichmäßig über den Tag verteilt an und wenn sie nicht alles trinken nicht abends den Rest noch per Flasche nach füttern. Der Flaschensauger löst automatisch den Saugteflex aus und das Baby trinkt dann u. U. mehr, als es in dem Moment braucht. Trinkt dein Baby aus dem BES bekommt es immer auch noch Muttermilch direkt aus der Brust und hört dann auf, wenn es satt ist. Jede Flaschengabe stört auch dein Baby dabei, seine richtige Stilltechnik ungestört zu verbessern.

Also: Die geplante Zufüttermenge anbieten, wenn dein Baby dann nicht alles aus trinkt, ist es okay. Dann sind es hält weniger ml am Ende vom Tage. Wichtig ist nur, dass du es angeboten hast.

Ich vermute eher, dass sie satt sind. Über das BES können sie besser steuern, wieviel Milch sie noch trinken, als über die Flasche.

Siehe auch oben: Biete jeweils 40 ml über das BES an, so dass du insgesamt auf die angepeilte Gesamtmenge kommst. Trinken deine Babys im Tagsverlauf nicht alles, dann biete abends NICHT die noch nicht getrunkene Menge per Flasche zusätzlich an. ANBIETEN ist wichtig, deine Babys entscheiden, wieviel sie brauchen. Die Zunahme liegt ganz locker im Normalbereich von durchschnittlich 110-330g pro Woche, deine Babys können selber entscheiden, wieviel Milch sie brauchen.

Hallo Kristina,

sehr schön. Wenn nur meine Kinder auch so gut auf mich hören würden...

Dann einfach weiter nach Plan, jeden Tag pro Kind 10 ml runter gehen. Bei 200 ml Zufüttermenge kannst du dann auf 5 BES Mahlzeiten zu je 40 ml runter gehen. Ab 160ml dann auf vier usw.
