Vollstillen noch möglich?

Dann heute 60ml-20ml-60ml und morgen auch. Am Sonntag dann nur zweimal 60ml. Die Zunahme ist mit 140g letzte Woche sehr gut.

Sorry für die späte Antwort, ich war zu Besuch bei meinen Eltern.

Heute waren es dann 120ml, richtig? Wie hat es mit nur zwei BES-Mahlzeiten geklappt? Morgen nochmal 120ml und am Dienstag gehen wir runter auf 100ml (das hört sich schon ziemlich wenig an *find*).

Es hat ganz gut geklappt. Sie hängt ja eh schon viel an mir und will ständig saugen. Die Nacht war gut, da kam sie nur einmal um 3 Uhr und dann wieder um 6. Aber wir waren auch erst um Mitternacht richtig im Bett. Vorher hat sie noch viel gestillt.
Die zwei Nächte davor waren anstrengend. Da hat sie mich nur einmal zwei Stunden schlafen lassen und sonst haben wir fast stündlich gestillt.

Ach ja, ich finde auch, dass es schon sehr wenig ist, was wir noch zufüttern müssen

Und die Zunahme ist vollkommen normal.

Wenigstens durftest du heute Nacht ein bisschen mehr schlafen. So Dauerstillnächte sind sooooo anstrengend, ich lass dir einen Drücker da.

Du kannst dir dann überlegen, ob du gleichmäßig die Pre reduzierst, d.h. 2 x 50ml, 2 x 40ml, 2x 30ml,... oder die morgendliche Mahlzeit zuerst (oder auch die abends), d.h. 40ml-60ml, 20ml-60ml, 0ml-60ml,....

Ich reduziere zuerst morgens. Das ist dann entspannter, wenn ich nur noch abends einmal das BES benutzen muss.

Ich finde, es geht jetzt schneller mit dem Stillen. Zwischendurch gibt es auch mal Pausen, wo sie wach und zufrieden ist, sie will nicht mehr ständig nuckeln.
