Du hattest ja wegen des Zufütterns gefragt. Das passt in dem Alter schon und ich hätte es dir auch vorgeschlagen.
Das machen hier auch einige Mütter, um dann von der BES Zufütterung wegzukommen.
Wenn du also Lust hast, kannst du dich gerne schon damit beschäftigen. Auch dabei unterstütze ich dich gerne.

Wie geht es euch?

gar kein Problem, bei mir hat's auch ein bisschen gedauert.
Uns geht's gut. Ich versuche, das Gewicht nicht weiter zu bewerten und freu mich grade drüber, was wir miteinander haben. In den letzten Tagen war sie mit der BES-freien Brust allerdings äußerst ungeduldig. Ich hab sie ihr zwar immer zuerst angeboten, wirklich getrunken hat sie aber nicht. Im besten Fall hat sie genuckelt oder die Luft angehalten und Hmmm-Geräusche gemacht, im nicht so guten Fall direkt zum Schimpfen angefangen. Ich bin mittlerweile dazu übergegangen, ihr kurz vorher unverbindlich beide Brüste anzubieten. Das klappt im Moment am besten, wenn sie dabei auf dem Bett oder Sofa liegt und ich über ihr kniend die Brust gebe... Sobald wir uns aber danach mit BES hinsetzen, könnte man fast meinen, sie hätte das Stillen verlernt.

Dankeschön, das ist super, dass du mich dabei unterstützt! Die Grundinfo zur Beikost habe ich mir schon mal kurz angeschaut.
Meine Wunschvorstellung war ursprünglich immer, dass sie selbst irgendwann zum Probieren anfängt und wir ums Brei füttern rumkommen. Irgendwie hat mich das immer ein bisschen abgeschreckt. Wenn wir die Zufüttermenge reduzieren könnten, wär das aber natürlich schon was. Auch wenn ich andererseits ein bisschen Angst hab, dass sie nicht mehr stillen mag, wenn das BES weniger wird.

Wir haben ihr vorhin einfach mal KarottenPastinakenPüree angeboten. So einen lustigen Gesichtsausdruck hab ich bei ihr bis jetzt noch nie gesehen. Nach ein paar Versuchen war sie aber immerhin neugierig und hat immer wieder nach dem Löffel gesucht. Wirklich was drin geblieben ist dabei nicht. Woran erkennt man denn, ob das noch am Zungenstoßreflex liegt oder für den Anfang normal ist?

Heute waren wir zu unserer gewohnten Wiegezeit unterwegs, gewogen haben wir deswegen erst eine Mahlzeit später.

Ja am Anfang ist das oft sehr lustig, wie die Babies auf das Neue reagieren. Der Zungenstoßreflex kommt sofort, wenn was im Mund ist, die Zunge schiebt dann alles konsequent wieder raus. Wie habt ihr gefüttert? Also worin?

Denk bitte immer an ausreichend Fett und hochkalorische Kost schadet bei euch auch nichts. Vor dem Essen ruhig immer die Brust, gerne auch ohne BES, anbieten. Schreib dann in die Tabelle dazu, dass ihr Brei gegeben habt. Solange es keine nennenswerten Mengen sind reicht "5 Löffel Brei" etc.

Wie habt ihr gefüttert? Also worin?

Wir hatten sie auf dem Schoß und haben den Brei mit einem kleinen Löffel gefüttert. Das Stück Banane hat sie eher wie einen Schnuller genuckelt. Passt das so oder gibt es was zu beachten?
