Hallo SchneFiMa,

die kleinere Menge hat sie ziemlich gelassen genommen.
Als das BES leer geworden ist, hat sie aber auch grad zum Kackern angefangen und war erst mal abgelenkt.
Ich hab ihr die Brust danach noch mal angeboten, sie wollte aber nicht. Mal schauen, wie es die nächsten Tage wird.

Hallo SchneFiMa,

die letzten Tage liefen ganz gut. Nachts bzw. im Halbschlaf klappt das Stillen grade besser und gestern Abend hat sie zwischen den letzten beiden BES-Mahlzeiten 10 Minuten an der Brust getrunken. Das Domperidon scheint also tatsächlich anzuschlagen.
Tagsüber ist es ohne BES schwieriger, vor allem, wenn Hunger und Müdigkeit zusammen kommen. Da klappen manchmal nur ein paar Schlucke.

Mir fällt es immer noch schwer, einzuschätzen, ob sie hungrig ist oder nicht. Statt dessen habe ich schon länger den Eindruck, dass sie eben trinkt, was so kommt. Ob’s jetzt 100 ml oder nur 40 ml sind, solange es den ersten Hunger deckt, ist es ok. Heute hat sie sich nach der 40 ml-Portion kurz beschwert, war dann aber sehr schnell wieder gut gelaunt.

Okay, dann bleib ich erst mal bei den acht BES-Mahlzeiten und schau, wie es uns damit geht.

Jetzt hab ich mich heute Früh spontan doch noch umentschieden. Normalerweise gibts zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr das erste BES, heute ist sie nach etwa 20 Minuten beim Trinken an der Brust noch mal fest eingeschlafen, hat eine Stunde später im Halbschlaf noch mal gestillt und dann nochmal weitergeschlafen. Ich hab die erste BES-Mahlzeit deswegen nach hinten verschoben und peile heute 7 x 80 ml an.

Gewogen hab ich wie bisher auch nach dem zweiten Mal BES, also heute erst mittags statt wie üblich vormittags. Passt das oder soll ich mich nach der gewohnten Uhrzeit richten anstatt nach der Anzahl der BES-Runden?

Guten Morgen

Jetzt hab ich mich heute Früh spontan doch noch umentschieden. Normalerweise gibts zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr das erste BES, heute ist sie nach etwa 20 Minuten beim Trinken an der Brust noch mal fest eingeschlafen, hat eine Stunde später im Halbschlaf noch mal gestillt und dann nochmal weitergeschlafen. Ich hab die erste BES-Mahlzeit deswegen nach hinten verschoben und peile heute 7 x 80 ml an.

Hast du es so auch in den letzten tagen gemacht?

Gewogen hab ich wie bisher auch nach dem zweiten Mal BES, also heute erst mittags statt wie üblich vormittags. Passt das oder soll ich mich nach der gewohnten Uhrzeit richten anstatt nach der Anzahl der BES-Runden?

Die in etwa gleiche Uhrzeit wäre gut, also zum Beispiel morgens nach dem 1. Stillen.

Ja, ich bin die letzten Tage bei 7 x BES geblieben. Aber ich bin ein bisschen nervös, was sicher am stagnierenden Gewicht liegt. Ich werte grad alles als Hungerzeichen, auch wenn ich weiß, dass es genauso gut alles andere sein kann.
Das Gefühl ist trotzdem unschön.
Heute Früh war sie zwischen 5 und 7 super unruhig und hat im Halbschlaf dann auch immer wieder gestillt, richtig aufgewacht ist sie aber nicht. Bevor ich sie wecken und das BES anbieten konnte, ist sie dann doch nochmal fest eingeschlafen.
