Ja, das ist mühsam, aber es lohnt sich. Schau mal, wie lange du schon durchhältst und deinem Baby weiterhin deine Milch gibst.

Hast du noch neue Gewichtsdaten auf die ich schauen kann?

Du könntest jetzt auch beginnen, Beikost einzuführen, darüber hatten wir ja schon geschrieben. Dieses würde vielleicht den Druck der zusätzlichen Milchgabe etwas verringern. Er bekäme dann hochkalorische Beikost, dafür könntet ihr einen Teil der Zufütterung weglassen.

Ich bin zur Zeit unglaublich müde, ich musste meine Notizen erst mal zur Liste basteln. Die Gewichte von gestern und heute sind wohl etwas verfälscht weil er nachts Pre bekommen hat, ich versuche heute mal zu unserem normalen Rhythmus zurück zu kommen. Nachts Pre anrühren nervt und er schläft mit genauso grauenvoll wie ohne.

Guten Morgen,

Nein, die Werte sind nicht verfälscht. Wir wollen ja, dass er zunimmt und wenn er das durch die Pre macht, ist es gut und wichtig. Dass es nervt, kann ich nachvollziehen. Deshalb wäre es bestimmt schön, wenn du nachts eher nur stillst.

Hast du schon in der Grundinformationen zur Einführung von Beikost gelesen, da ist alles wichtige aufgeführt. Wichtig ist, ihm es immer wieder anzubieten, vielleicht auch Fingerfood. Es ist zunächst egal, wieviel er isst. Er soll es ja kennenlernen. Nach dem "essen" darf er dann gerne noch an der Brust trinken.

Zum Gewicht:

In der letzten Woche hat er 120 Gramm zugenommen, das ist in der empfohlenen durchschnittlichen Zunahme nach WHO von 70-140 Gramm/Woche für Babys im Alter von 4-6 Monaten. Wenn es so weiter geht ist es toll!
