Das ist jetzt erstmal nicht problematisch. Dein Baby ist jetzt 5 Monate alt und die durchschnittliche Zunahme wird jetzt noch wieder geringer.
Mach erstmal so weiter.
In den nächsten Wochen steht ja auch die Beikosteinführung an, darüber kann man auch gut Kalorien zuführen.
Hast du dich damit schon beschäftigt?

okay, dann bin ich beruhigt.

Heute ist er genau vier Monate alt (*30.5.). Zufällig war heute die Hebamme noch mal bei uns wegen der Beikosteinführung. Ich bin also grundsätzlich im Bilde und möchte eine Mischung aus Brei und BWL machen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass wir Ende November/Anfang Dezember starten können.

D.h. ich reduziere wie geplant auf 1 Tablette pro Tag?
Wenn nicht, müsste ich noch ein neues Rezept holen, ich habe jetzt noch 11 Tabletten.

Wiegen würde ich dann erst am Montag wieder.

Hallo,

eine Frage hätte ich noch, weil ich online und im echten Leben teils unterschiedliche Aussagen dazu bekomme:

Ich habe aufgrund von Bandscheibenvorfällen vor über 15 Jahren immer mal wieder Beschwerden, die ich aber in der Regel ohne Schmerzmittel immer gut im Griff hatte. In den letzten Wochen sind meine Beschwerden aber deutlich stärker geworden, es fühlt sich manchmal an als ob mein Rücken brechen würde, ich muss extrem aufpassen wenn ich in den Momenten mein Baby trage und ihn dann zügig ablegen, wenn es mir in den Rücken schießt.

Das einzige was dann hilft ist eine Tablette Ibuprofen.

Ich war schon beim Hausarzt, habe Rezepte für Osteopathie und Manualtherapie bekommen, die Termine dazu starten aber leider erst ab Mitte November.

Nun weiß ich nicht so recht wie ich es mit Blick aufs Stillen in den nächsten Monaten handhaben soll.

Was ist die maximale Dosis auf eine Woche oder einen Monat gesehen?
Ich schaffe es auch einige Tage ohne Ibu.

Die Apothekerin wollte es mir schon fast nicht verkaufen
Ich nehme sonst nie Schmerzmittel, aber das sind im Moment so starke Schmerzen, dass ich meinen Alltag mit zwei Kindern nicht anders bewältigen kann.

Ich bin richtig enttäuscht von dem aktuellen Gewicht
Ich war mir so sicher, dass sie Waage mehr anzeigen würde. Er ist gut drauf und sehr aktiv, wir stillen so oft es geht, er dockt jedes Mal entspannt ab obwohl noch Milch läuft und lacht mich an, er spuckt Milch aus, er hatte heute 3x Stuhlgang! und wirkt grundsätzlich einfach richtig zufrieden. Aber er nimmt gerade nicht zu.

Ich bin aktuell bei 1 Tablette Domperidon am Tag. Ist es zu wenig?

Oder gehört solch eine Stagnation zur normalen Entwicklung dazu mit gut vier Monaten? Ich hab schon das Gefühl er wächst, zumindest in die Länge

Nun weiß ich nicht so recht wie ich es mit Blick aufs Stillen in den nächsten Monaten handhaben soll.

Was ist die maximale Dosis auf eine Woche oder einen Monat gesehen?
Ich schaffe es auch einige Tage ohne Ibu.

Ich nehme sonst nie Schmerzmittel, aber das sind im Moment so starke Schmerzen, dass ich meinen Alltag mit zwei Kindern nicht anders bewältigen kann.

Meine persönliche Erfahrung: Mir wurde direkt nach Geburt im KH von K1 bei Bedarf bis zur täglichen Höchstdosis Ibuprofen verabreicht (mir ging's "toll", viel genäht und dann hauptsächlich gesessen, wenig gelegen ...). Meine Milch hat das Neugeborene trotzdem bekommen.

Ich weiß nicht, wie es generell aussieht, wie oft im Monat man Ibuprofen maximal so verwenden sollte, aber wegen des Stillens musst du dir wohl keine Gedanken machen.
