Achso, eine Frage hab ich..
Kann ich eigentlich das Piulatte und die More Milk Kapseln zeitgleich nehmen?
Habe das Piu abgesetzt als ich die Kapseln angefangen hab zu nehmen..

Genau. Auf jeden Fall noch zwei Wochen täglich und dann reduzieren wir die Wiegehäufigkeit.

Du brauchst nicht beides nehmen und die More Milk Kapseln schleichen wir dann demnächst (solange du noch wiegst) aus. Du musst sie nicht dauerhaft einnehmen.

Hey Deidamaus,

heute ist das Gewicht wieder etwas runter gegangen. Sie hatte aber auch genau vor dem Wiegen eine Stuhl-Windel, die das Wiegeerbnis "verfälscht" haben könnte.
Also schauen wir morgen wieder und machen weiter? Also 20ml heute?

Gestern hatte ich das Gefühl, dass sie Zufütterung am Abend sehr vermisst hat. Sie war sehr wütend an der Brust, wahrscheinlich weil nicht so viel rauskam wie mit dem BES.. Kann natürlich auch Einbildung sein.

Zum Ausschleichen der More Milk Kapseln.. Wie viele sollte ich dafür übrig haben? Nur damit ich weiß wann ich anfangen muss, bzw. ob ich noch mal nachfordern muss.

Wieviel Kapseln nimmst du denn im Moment pro Tag insgesamt?

Heute 20 ml wie geplant.

Ich nehme 3x2 am Tag.

Okay. Dann brauchst du zum Ausschleichen dieser 15 Stück. Ich würde nach Ende der Reduktion gerne mindestens eine Woche eine normale Zunahme sehen und dann erst mit dem Ausschleichen der Kapseln anfangen, d.h. heute sechs Stück, dann eine Woche lang nochmal sechs (42 Stück) und 15 zum Ausschleichen. Macht zusammen 63.
