Ihr füttert ja auch nur wenig zu. Da stehen die Chancen bestimmt gut und sonst hilft mir immer der Gedanke, dass es spätestens mit etwas Beikost ohne BES klappt bei den kleinen Mengen

Bisher sieht es ganz gut aus - aber wer weiß. Ja das sage ich mir auch immer, aber 3 Monate puuuh Sie kriegt ja nur Muttermilch, da muss ich bis zum 6. Monat warten

Heute morgen hatte sie direkt vorm Wiegen sehr viel Stuhlgang und wollte nicht stillen. Sonst will sie zum wach werden immer stillen und hat nie Stuhlgang morgens. Ich bin gespannt, ob wir morgen mal wieder ein Plus haben und bin stolz auf mich, dass ich heute trotzdem entspannt geblieben bin

Ja, ein bisschen mehr Zunahme würde ich auch gerne sehen. Da hast du Recht. Die Ausscheidungen sind reichlich. Es.waren jetzt in den letzten beiden Wochen durchschnittlich 95 g pro Woche, also knapp unter den 110g, die es sein sollten. Wir können also noch ein bisschen abwarten, wie es sich entwickelt. Du hast solch geringe Mengen Pre zugefüttert, daran kann es nich liegen.

Du kannst auf jeden Fall bei jedem Stillen darauf achten, dass.du beide Brüste anbietest und nachts die längste Pause maximal 4-5 h ist.

Gerade da du das Gefühl hast, es läuft besser, würde ich definitiv noch etwas zuwarten.

Achte auf Wechselstillen und auf keine zu lange Pause in der Nacht.

Guten Morgen!
Ich bin gestern nicht dazu gekommen die aktuelle Liste zu schicken, weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Deswegen hab ich auch nur gewickelt, wenn es absolut nötig war
Sie ist weiterhin total gut drauf und die meiste Zeit zufrieden. Sie wird auch immer aktiver und versucht die ganze Zeit sich auf den Bauch zu drehen. Nachts schläft sie jetzt wieder länger (maximal 4,5 Stunden) und trinkt dann aber trotzdem glaub ich nicht wirklich viel. Das war in der Woche in der wir reduziert haben deutlich besser. Heute Nacht bin ich scheinbar auch komplett ausgelaufen, was mir eigentlich nie passiert. Ich befürchte ja ein bisschen, dass sie gegen Nachmittag/Abend teilweise nur noch einen Milchspendereflex auslöst, weil sie da nur kurz trinkt. Das BES konnte ich ja immer wieder abklemmen und sie hat dann nochmal ohne getrunken.
Wir lange würdest du noch beobachten?Ich schwanke total, weil mich einerseits das Gewicht nicht entspannt, aber sie gleichzeitig viel zufriedener ist als mit BES.

Ich würde jetzt mal das Augenmerk auf konsequentes Wechselstillen legen. D.h. du solltest möglichst immer beide Seiten (auch nachts) anbieten. Gerne auch eine dritte und vierte Seite. Die Stillhäufigkeit ist gut, Ausscheidungen auch.

Das du nachts ausgelaufen bist, liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass dein Baby weniger Milch nachgefragt hat als sonst.

Achte konsequent auf Seitenwechsel und halte dein Baby etwas bei der Stange (gegen Nachmittag/Abend) z.B. auch durch Brustkompression.

Milch ist genug da.

Tagsüber wechsele ich so oft, dass sie es leicht hat und gut saugt und schluckt. Ich setze mich jetzt nachts teilweise wieder hin, damit ich nicht selber sofort wieder einschlafe. Ich werde da jetzt auch mal versuchen ihr noch eine dritte Brust anzubieten. Ich bin im Moment auch nachts ein bisschen verwundet, dass sie da häufig die linke Brust einfordert. In dieser Brust habe ich viel weniger Milch und tagsüber stillt sie deswegen deutlich länger an der rechten Brust.
Heute war es sonst gefühlt auch wieder ein guter Tag. Nur beim Einschlafstillen war sie jedes Mal (3 Mal) sehr unruhig. Sie scheint aber auch seit gestern im nächsten Schub zu stecken und will zum Einschlafen wieder nur noch in der Trage gestillt werden.
