Wenn beide schlafen, wecke ich nicht mehr, komme aber bestimmt auf mind. 10 x Stillen pro Tag. Nachts kommen sie sehr häufig.

Da spricht eigentlich nichts dagegen.

Kennst du die Grundinfo Beikosteinführung und hier insbesondere den Link zur hochkalorischen Beikost?

Um möglichst bald vom Zufüttern weg zu kommen und deinen Babys ein paar gesunde Extrakalorien zu geben, ist es sinnvoll mit einem Getreidebrei, angereichert mit reichlich Fett (Öl, Butter, Nussmus) und etwas Obstmus zu starten. Karotten enthalten sehr wenig Kalorien und führen sehr oft zu Verstopfungen. Von diesem Getreidebrei kannst du dann deinen beiden zwei bis dreimal am Tag etwas anbieten. Wenn sie dies gut annehmen, kannst du dann die Formula langsam reduzieren.

Sinnvoll ist es in der Zeit zweimal die Woche zu wiegen und die Zufüttermenge (Formula und abgeschätzte Menge Brei) zu notieren. Dann sehen wir gemeinsam, wann und um wieviel du die Premenge reduzieren kannst.

Die Infos habe ich schon studiert.

Karotten enthalten sehr wenig Kalorien und führen sehr oft zu Verstopfungen.

Stopfendes können wir nicht gebrauchen. Ich dachte nur, es ist schonender für den Magen, mit einer Zutat anzufangen.
Gestern gab es nach dem Stillen 2 x Haferbrei mit Birne und Mandelmus (4 TL auf 150 ml, ist es fett genug?) in halbflüssiger Konstistenz, wurde gerne angenommen. Die hätten auch mehr gegessen, bekamen aber Bauchschmerzen und Blähungen. Sollte ich danach Wasser anbieten oder reicht es, wenn ich die Brust anbiete?

Da sie nennenswerte Mengen gegessen haben, habe ich eine Portion Pre weggelassen. Der Brei hat doch bestimmt mehr Kalorien als die gleiche Menge Formula? Morgen wollte ich den Brei gleich mit Pre anrühren. Wenn ich den Brei für den ganzen Tag koche und 3 x füttere, kann ich Obstmus und Formula gleich nach dem Abkühlen unterrühren und bis Abend im Kühlschrank lagern oder ist es gefährlich wegen Keime?

Pre soll man jedenfalls nicht länger als 1h aufheben. Beim Brei bin ich mir nicht sicher. Mit Pre slso wohl eher nicht aufheben.

Du musst keinen Brei mit Pre anbieten. Du gibst ja Beikost, um die Pre loszuwerden. Sie sollen ja möglichst natürliche unverarbeitete Lebensmittel bekommen. So lange du stillst brauchen sie keinen Milchbrei.

Die Brei-Begeisterung hat inzwischen nachgelassen. Werde wohl das Pre aufstocken müssen, da sie auch abgenommen haben. Habe echt zeitliche Probleme, 3 x am Tag den Brei und noch zusätzlich Pre anzubieten. Mal schläft einer oder beide nach dem Stillen ein, dann futtere ich Pre einzeln. Wenn die Kids schlecht gelaunt sind, brauche ich gar nicht damit anzukommen. Wir haben mit meinem Mann überlegt, am WE 3 x zu füttern und in der Woche 2 x. Ist es wichtig, den Brei nach dem Stillen zu servieren oder ist es Wurscht?

Deine beiden haben nicht abgenommen. Sie haben nach Einführung des Breies erstmal mehr zugenommen, als vorher (das ist auch ganz normal, da der Brei den Darm mehr füllt als Milch) und dann hat sich die Kurve wieder auf das Niveau von vorher bewegt. Die Zunahme ist also ganz wunderbar normal. Du brauchst die Premenge nicht weiter zu erhöhen.

Es reicht bei den geringen Breimengen aus, wenn ihr zweimal am Tag Brei anbietet, günstigerweise nach dem Stillen (du willst ja nicht die Muttermilch durch Brei ersetzen, sondern die Pre).
Was für Brei bietest du im Moment an?

Zusätzlich schlage ich dir vor, es mal zu probieren, wenn du mit der Premenge etwas runter gehst, d.h. statt 230 ml Pre beiden für die nächsten drei Tage nur 200 ml Pre anzubieten. Und dann schauen wir am Wochenende, wie es geklappt hat und wie sich das Gewicht entwickelt und sehen dann weiter.
