ich finde es soooo klasse, dass ihr jetzt regelmaessig 12x stillt

Wir geben uns große Mühe, aber manchmal ist es wirklich nicht machbar. Aber wir bleiben dran

na als wir hier angefangen haben, hast du gleich deutlich oefter gestillt, toll. dann wart ihr bei immer 10-11x stillen und jetzt sind es 11-12x. das ist effektiv nochmal eine mahlzeit mehr und das ist klasse.

Stillen ist momentan etwas anstrengend. Sie dockt an, dockt ab, dockt an, dockt ab und zwischendurch wird sich beschwert wenn die Brust nicht im Mund ist. Alles andere ist auch viel interessanter.

das ist recht typisch. vielleicht kannst du versuchen, dich zum stillen in einen (halb)dunklen raum zurueckzuziehen moeglichst ohne geraeuschkulisse? sie so umfassend zu langweilen, dass sie ordentlich trinkt?

wenn sie nur sehr kurz trinkt, biete ruhig nach sehr kurzem abstand die brust wieder an. also wenn sie mal partout nicht laenger als fuenf minuten stillt und sich nur wegdreht, lass es und versuche es 20min spaeter noch einmal.

und wenn du das gefuehl hast, sie hat einen tag wirklich nicht ausreichend gut getrunken, versuche sie nachts ein- oder gar zweimal oefter zu stillen.

es kann einfach sein, dass deine tochter noch unterstuetzung braucht, ausreichend oft und gut zu stillen.
