Es gibt auch Ausnahmen, aber dazu gehoert das Tuch mE nicht.
Does the right to cancel apply for all goods bought by mail order?
There are obvious exceptions and you will not have the right to cancel with the purchase of the following goods:
* Goods made to a personalised specification
* Perishable goods, such as foodstuffs and flowers
* Audio/video recordings or software where the seal has been broken
* Newspapers, magazines or other reading material (not books)
* Gaming, betting, lotteries

Ich denke auch dass Amelie recht hat. Pre-order gilt als made to order sprich Bestellung auf Kundenwunsch und damit als personalised specifications und eine Rückgabe dürfte damit nicht möglich sein....

Wieso ist denn eine Vorbestellung gleich made to order? Dass made to order gleich goods made to a personalised specification ist mir klar, aber was hat das mit einer Vorbestellung zu tun? Sorry, wenn ich hier gerade auf dem Schlauch stehe...

Wenn Mille nicht bestellt hatte, waere es nicht für sie gewebt worden. Hier ist das in d Grauzone aber in anderen Ländern legitim. Vor allem gibt man lange und fransen an dh es wird für dich geschnitten und gefranst.

Genau.... Amelie hat es schon so klasse erklärt.... ist halt eine Bestellung nach Kundenwunsch gewesen....

Ach so. Dann war es keine Vorbestellung im klassischen Sinn, sondern tatsaechlich ein made to order Tuch. OK. Dann muss sie es wohl wirklich nicht zuruecknehmen. Hoffe du wirst das Tuch in deiner KK los, Mille.
