Ich habe das Gefühl, dass sie mit dem BES länger und intensiver Saugen, als ohne. Sie erkennen auch richtig, wenn ich es um habe und schnappen gieriger nach der Brust. Ich habe immer noch die mittleren Schläuche und für die 40ml brauchen sie 5bis 10min. Ist das ok oder sollte ich lieber noch auf die kleinsten Wechseln, damit sie die Milch über das Set nicht so einfach bekommen?

Hallo,

ich nochmal, wollt nur schon mal das heutige Gewicht eintragen...der Rest der Liste wird morgen vervollständigt. Ich werde nur langsam nervös, weil das Gewicht seit 4 Tagen stagniert. Ich rede mir auch ein dass die Urinwindeln nicht mehr so voll sind und die Stuhlmenge abnimmt. Macht es Sinn die Zufüttermenge erstmal zu behalten und nicht weiter zu reduzieren oder ist das noch im Rahmen und wir machen weiter im Plan?

Ich meine gelesen zu haben das der dünne Schlauch nur für Mumi geht, nicht für PRE (da sie dickflüssiger ist). Kannst du die Flaschen tiefer hängen?

Hallo Kristina,

richtig, der dünne Schlauch eignet sich nur für Muttermilch. Das das Gewicht stagniert, kann Zufall sein, aber natürlich auch mit der sinkenden Premenge zu tun haben.

Bleibe für ein paar Tage bei 120 ml pro Baby und dann schauen wir, wie sich das Gewicht weiter entwickelt.

Ist gut, ich versuch die Flaschen tiefer zu hängen und gehe wieder auf 120ml Pre. Ich hoffe es ist nur Zufall und die Gewichtszunahme pegelt sich wieder ein. Könnte ich sonst noch was tun, falls es doch an fehlender Milchbildung liegt?

Hallo Kristina,

die Zunahme liegt bisher im Noralbereich. Ich würde trotzdem gerne noch ein paar Tage abwarten, ob sie bei Joshua auch weiter steigt, dann kannst du weiter reduzieren. Zur weiteren Steigerung deiner Milchmenge ist das gleichzeitige stillen deiner beiden Babys das wichtigste Mittel. Bocks nimmst du ja schon. Habe noch etwas Geduld, vielleicht klappt die Reduktion ja gut. Alternativ könntest du noch Domperidon statt Bockshornkleesamen nehmen (dadrüber müsstest du mit deinem (Frauen)Arzt Rücksprache halten, das Medikament ist in Deutschland verschreibungspflichtig).

Hallo,

ich find es gut ein paar Tage bei den 120ml zu bleiben und zu schauen was passiert, wenn das Gewicht stimmt fühl ich mich mit der Reduktion einfach sicherer. würde auch so lange warten, bis ich das Domperidon ausprobiere.

würde auch so lange warten, bis ich das Domperidon ausprobiere.
Warte auf jeden Fall. Die Gewichtsentwicklung ist gut. Wenn es so bleibt, würde ich vorschlagen am Freitag wieder weiter zu reduzieren. Was meinst du?
