Er hat gestern nur 105 ml getrunken obwohl ich mehr angeboten hatte. Kann ich, wenn er nicht offensichtlich noch hungrig ist, heute gleich bei den 105 ml bleiben? Ich finde es immer so schade gleich von vornherein was wegzukippen.

Ja, das kannst du. Dein Baby nimmt momentan mit dieser Menge ausreichend zu. Weniger würde ich aber noch nicht empfehlen.

Nachdem ich wochenlang keine Probleme hatte, habe ich in den letzten Tagen wieder schmerzhafte Vasospasmen. Ich hoffe das gibt sich wieder.

Was hast du damals linderndes unternommen? Hat sich bei eurer Anlegetechnik etwas geändert (du schriebst ja gestern auch, dass du das Gefühl hast, die Brustwarzen werden wieder wund). Du kannst deine Brust wärmen und den Brustdonat benutzen. Zusätzlich hilft Magnesium.

Die Liste habe ich gerade schon vom Handy gepostet.

Ja, das kannst du. Dein Baby nimmt momentan mit dieser Menge ausreichend zu. Weniger würde ich aber noch nicht empfehlen.

Mit Blick auf die Waage heute morgen habe ich schon wieder Angst dass es nicht genug ist. Aber er schien satt zu sein, ich denke ich sollte das Gewicht morgen abwarten? Er hat ja jetzt immer gut zugenommen.

Was hast du damals linderndes unternommen? Hat sich bei eurer Anlegetechnik etwas geändert (du schriebst ja gestern auch, dass du das Gefühl hast, die Brustwarzen werden wieder wund). Du kannst deine Brust wärmen und den Brustdonat benutzen. Zusätzlich hilft Magnesium.

Ich habe gewärmt, Reibung vermieden, Magnesium genommen, Calcium genommen, B6 genommen... nichts hat geholfen. Ich habe eine Packung Nifedipin hier liegen, mich aber nicht getraut sie zu nehmen. Irgendwann nach 3 Monaten Höllenschmerzen war es einfach plötzlich besser und jetzt fängt der Mist wieder an. Ich hoffe es verschwindet einfach wieder, sonst würde ich echt abstillen, noch mal halte ich diese Schmerzen nicht durch.
Ich weiß nicht ob sich beim anlegen was geändert hat. Wir stillen fast nur noch im liegen, da er andere Positionen nicht mehr akzeptiert, vielleicht liegt es daran. Ich könnte erst mal versuchen tagsüber wieder mehr im sitzen zu stillen und gucken ob sich was ändert.

Ich bin zwar noch nicht so richtig bereit für Beikost, aber mein Kind offensichtlich schon. Nachdem er in den letzten Tagen schon alles mögliche am Tisch abgelutscht hat, haben wir heute Brei probiert (Getreide mit Mandelmus und ein bisschen Apfelmark) und er fand es super. Erst mal hat er nicht viel bekommen, aber wenn es mehr wird, soll es dann in die Liste? Welche Infos müssen da rein?
Ich geh jetzt mal einschlafstillen und Bücher vorlesen.... Gute Nacht!

Danke für die schnelle Antwort! Ja, er isst sehr gerne mit, Fingerfood findet er auch toll. Das scheitert noch ein bisschen an seiner Feinmotorik, er krallt sich lieber an der Hand mit dem Löffel fest und steuert sie zu seinem Mund.
