Gestern haben wir wieder nicht die angepeilte Pre Menge geschafft.

vielleicht ist er ja satt. er stillt vielleicht jetzt schon effektiver und braucht daher nun nicht mehr soviel pre. ich bin auch nur laie aber ich find die zunahme sieht auch immer noch toll aus.

Die Zunahme sieht gut aus, wenn er nicht mehr trinken möchte, ist das ok. Er soll ja durchaus zeigen, dass er satt ist.

Ich habe immer noch Probleme mit dem MSR. Hat eigentlich jede Brust einen eigenen MSR oder gibt es nur einen der an beiden Brüsten ausgelöst werden kann? Wodurch genau wird er ausgelöst? Rechts klappt das nur noch ganz selten, ich lasse ihn dort immer das BES trinken, das sind oft die einzigen Male wo er an der Brust ist, sonst gibt er immer frustriert auf nach ein paar Mal saugen. Links ist deutlich besser aber klappt auch nicht immer. Leider tut mir dort seit gestern wieder die Brustwarze weh. Zu sehen ist nichts, aber es fühlt sich wund an beim saugen.

Die Zunahme deines Babys ist gut, die Entwicklung gefällt mir.

Wendest du die Brustmassage vor dem Stillen an? Wie klappt es mit der Brustkompression und dem Wechselstillen?

Versuche nochmal auf das korrekte Anlegen zu achten, also dass er seinen Mund weit aufmacht, viel Brust im Mund hat.

Wo setzt ihr denn den Becher an? Habt ihr es mal mit anderen Bechern probiert, vielleicht einem Kleineren?

Mit einem anderen Becher haben wir es noch nicht probiert, das Problem ist, dass Baby den Becher super spannend findet. Entweder er schnappt ihn sich gleich mit den Händen oder er schmeißt den ganzen Kopf nach vorne. Wir probieren es einfach immer mal wieder, mit 3 BES Portionen kann ich zur Zeit leben.

Der Milchspendereflex wird durch die Ausschüttung von Oxytocin ausgelöst. Deshalb ist es wichtig, dass man bequem sitzt, es gemütlich hat, nicht gestresst ist etc. So kann das Hormon ausgeschüttet werden und es kommt zum Milchspendereflex. Diesen muss man nicht immer merken und er kann mehrmals einsetzen.

Ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass Brustkompression und Massage was bringen. Wechselstillen probiere ich, aber wenn er eine Brust gar nicht will klappt das auch nicht richtig. Nächste Woche hat mein Mann Urlaub, vielleicht kriegen wir das dann besser hin wenn ich ein bisschen entspannen kann.

Er hat gestern nur 105 ml getrunken obwohl ich mehr angeboten hatte. Kann ich, wenn er nicht offensichtlich noch hungrig ist, heute gleich bei den 105 ml bleiben? Ich finde es immer so schade gleich von vornherein was wegzukippen.

Nachdem ich wochenlang keine Probleme hatte, habe ich in den letzten Tagen wieder schmerzhafte Vasospasmen. Ich hoffe das gibt sich wieder.
