Der Stillwert ist eine Circaangabe, da ich nachts ab und zu beim Stillen eingeschlafen bin und nicht mehr genau sagen kann wie oft sie da getrunken hat *rotwerd*... 4x kommt sie aber mindestens die Nacht, eher öfter momentan.

Die Waage der Hebamme ist so eine Hängewaage, gewogen wurde immer nachmittags mit frischer Windel und in Body.

Heute war ein anstrengender Tag. Waren mit Minime beim Osteopathen und daraufhin war sie ganz neben der Spur. Das Stillen war auch schwerer, ein wahrer Kampf gegen ihre Verspannungen, armes Mäuschen. Umso froher bin ich, dass die Pre-Reduzierung trotzdem geklappt hat. Es tut außerdem gut, das alles zu dokumentieren und ein kurzes virtuelles Schulterklopfen hier zu bekommen und bei Fragen schnelle und kompetente Antwort. Danke dafür! Das muss ich einfach mal loswerden.
