Liebe Dentcat, wie schön Euch zu lesen. Die letzten Tage klingen anstrengend. Ich wünsche Euch ein erholsames Wochenende!! Die Milchmenge reicht meiner Meinung nach derzeit. Die Zunahme ist passend. Zu Deiner Frage, ja eine Frau, mit ausreichend Prolaktinrezeptoren kann die Milchmenge, gemeinsam mit ihrem dann deutlich häufiger stillenden Kind, in der Regel nach einigen Tagen! anpassen. Also keinesfalls sofort. Was genau die Ursache ist, dass ihr anfangs nicht ausreichend in die Milchbildung gekommen seid, kann ich nicht sagen. Da spielt so vieles rein. Und ich bin mir auch nicht sicher, ob das überhaupt so ist. Denn Du hattest die Zufütteurng schon sehr weit reduziert und Dein Kind hat gut zugenommen.... Vermutlich nervt es total, das zu lesen, aber ich denke, es braucht Zeit. Ganz liebe Grüße!

Liebe Theolino, danke für deine Antwort. Leider ist das WE nicht entspannt. Unsere Heizung ist seit gestern früh ausgefallen und wird frühestens morgen repariert. M. ist weiterhin wohl in ihrem Entwicklungsschub. Ich trage sie weinend in den Schlaf, egal, wie früh ich es nach dem Aufwachen versuche.grad hat es liegend stillend gut geklappt. Das Gewicht sieht ja nicht gut aus. Soll ich mehr und wieviel ca. zufüttern? Heute Nacht hat sie 2,5 Stunden geclustert, auch sonst lasse ich sie so oft es geht trinken.

Liebe Dentcat, ohweh, ein Heizungsausfall im Winter mit Baby ist nun wirklich blöd. Dazu noch ein Kind in einer unzufriedenen Phase... fühl Dich gedrückt, wenn Du magst.
Ja, die Gewichtszunahme steht gerade. Dein Kind scheint die Energie derzeit weniger in die Gewichtszunahme, als in andere ebenso wichtige Entwcklungen zu stecken. Das ist erst einmal kein Drama, wenn auch vermutlich frustend für Dich. Hast Du den Eindruck, Deine Tochter ist mit der Zufüttermenge gerade zufrieden? Dann würde ich es im Wesentlichen für jetzt bei um die 70 ml belassen. Wenn sich alles wieder etwas entspannt hat sehen wir weiter?

Danke dir Theolino. Jetzt ist der Papa auch noch richtig erkältet, ich hoffe, wir bleiben verschont.

Ich hatte den Eindruck, sie ist schon unzufrieden, ich habe ihr grad schon 20ml zugefüttert. Sie würde ggf. noch mehr trinken. Aber immer schwierig genau zu beurteilen. Evtl. weint sie danach los, weil sie schlafen wollte, aber so nicht mehr im hellen Raum sitzend in den Schlaf findet. Es hat ja gestern auch mal liegend im Dunkeln ohne weinen geklappt. Wenn ich sie hochnehme, ist es dann wieder gut. Jetzt schläft sie wieder in ihrem Tuch, nach fünf Minuten Protest dann eingeschlafen Ich werde ihr ggf. heute 90ml geben, wenn sie heute Abend auch wieder unzufrieden ist. Morgen ist die U4 und Impfung. Es bleibt spannend hier

Also der Schub scheint abzuflachen, heute bekommt sie wieder 70ml. Die Kinderärztin heute war mit M. sehr zufrieden, auch Kopf-Länge-Gewicht entwickeln sich bei ihr alle auf ähnlicher Perzentile. Leider gibt es frühestens Ende der Woche wieder eine Heizung (Gasproblem hat alle Heizungen im Umkreis zerstört…), wir behelfen uns mit Heizlüftern und lassen M. erst in 1,5 Wochen impfen. Ich bleibe erstmal bei 70ml?

M. schläft weiterhin viele kleine Schläfchen und ihre Wachzeiten sind verkürzt. Ich muss sie immer tragen, Einschlafstillen klappt nur nachts. Ansonsten ist sie fit. Was meinst du zum Gewicht, Theolino?

Die Gewichtszunahme ist schleppend, ja. Ab der 16. Lebenswoche ändern sich aber auch die zu erwartenden Zunahmewerte auf, 90 bis 140g/Woche. Da die Kinderärztin aber zufrieden war und das Wachstum gut ist, würde ich derzeit noch zuwarten. Ausser DU sagst, es braucht mehr. Du bist Profi für Dein Kind.

Ok, ja, ich bin der Profi nur kann ich das zur Zeit schlecht deuten wegen des veränderten Schlafverhaltens; ob Weinen wegen Reizen/Müdigkeit (es ist schon besser geworden) oder vielleicht doch Hunger? M. war gestern Abend spät noch sehr hungrig und ich habe mehr Pre gegeben, danach konnte sie dann auch langsam schlafen. Heute genauso 90ml geplant. Dabei würde ich es erstmal lassen und Gewicht und Befinden ihrerseits abwarten.
Sie hat in der Entwicklung tatsächlich einen Sprung gemacht, dreht sich, macht Liegestütze, spricht noch mehr. Mal sehen, wann die Wachzeiten wieder konstant länger werden.

Ich bin gespannt, ob wir doch noch reduzieren können oder Beikost irgendwann kommt.
