Also so schnell wecke ich mein Kind nicht mehr. Vorher ruhig geschlafen und dann Unwohlsein bis in den Nachmittag mit Pupsen und Bäuerchen. Wahnsinn, was das Kind Luft im Bauch hat...
Gespuckt wurde so gut wie gar nicht, dafür wurde die angebotene Zufütterung nur 20ml-weise getrunken... also schien Hunger nicht das primäre Problem gewesen zu sein.

Abends Familienfeier, das hat er super mitgemacht. Deswegen habe ich aber auch seltener gepumpt. Und Muttermilch verfüttere ich unterwegs ungern, deswegen relativ viel Pre.

Vom Trinken hatte ich öfter mal den Eindruck er trinkt ein paar Schluck oder ich höre was leicht feuchtes in seinem Mund.

Schön, dass die Zunahme jetzt an Fahrt gewinnt. Ich bin gespannt, ob es die nächsten Tage so bleibt und dein Baby ausdauernder und kräftiger saugt.

Dass das Gewicht mal hochgeht, beruhigt mich auch sehr.

Die Familienfeier habe ich sehr genossen: meine Schwiegereltern haben sich fast die ganze Zeit um den Kleinen gekümmert und so konnten wir tatsächlich mal gleichzeitig essen. Ich bin von mehreren Leuten angesprochen worden, dass wir ja ganz schön lange mit Stillen beschäftigt sind.

Gestern hatten wir alle Nachwehen von der kurzen Nacht. Sohnemann war müde, konnte aber nicht in den Schlaf finden, dementsprechend hat jeder Pups gestört und gut getrunken hat er auch nicht.

Ich dachte schon, ich schaffe es nicht, ihm die 250ml anzubieten, aber abends war dann der große Hunger angesagt und er hat 70ml auf einmal verdrückt, nachdem ich im Laufe des Tages 50ml Muttermilch in den Ausguss geleert hatte...
Ich denke aber, dass die niedrige Zufüttermenge der Tagesform geschuldet war.
Heute Nacht gab es wieder deutliche Schluckgeräusche.

Heute starten wir einen weiteren Versuch zum Impfen, ich bin gespannt, wie er das verkraftet.

Nur kurz zur Stilldauer: ich habe mir abgewöhnt auf die Uhr zu schauen. Wir stillen immer nach Gefühl linke und rechte Seite (unterwegs kein Wechselstillen), wobei er ja nicht abdockt, also entscheide ich wie lange welche Seite nach Gefühl und dann gibt es BES hinterher. 45 Minuten dauert das in der Regel mindestens.

Heute Nacht hatten wir Rekord, einmal konnte ich nach weniger als 30 Minuten weiterschlafen.

Was mir im Moment sehr gut gefällt. ist, dass er entscheidet, wieviel Zufütterung er braucht. Da bin ich mal gespannt, wie es die nächsten Tage weitergeht.

Die Impfung hat er gut vertragen: nachmittags viel geschlafen und etwas knatschig, aber abends hatte er schon wieder beste Laune.

Hallo deidamaus,

da wir morgen fast den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind, wollte ich mich heute nochmal melden.
Wir hatten ja letzten Mittwoch die Zufütterung hochgefahren und wollten nach einer Woche mal ein Resümee ziehen.
Deswegen wollte ich mal kurz meine Einschätzung da lassen:
Ich habe den Eindruck, dass der junge Mann zur Zeit täglich besser trinkt. Heute musste ich nur ein oder zweimal die Lippenstellung korrigieren und habe außer beim In-den-Schlaf-Nuckeln immer das Schlucken wahrgenommen. Hier sehe ich eine deutliche Verbesserung. Außerdem habe ich auch den Eindruck, dass wir weniger Zeit mit Stillen verbringen.

Das Gewicht geht ja auch schön nach oben und das obwohl der junge Mann die Zufütterung selbst reduziert (von 160ml, die ich heute angeboten habe, sind leider 60 im Ausguss gelandet). Er scheint ganz gut zu wissen, was er braucht. Und mein Bauchgefühl passt zur Zeit auch.

Von daher würde ich gerne erstmal so weiter machen. Muss nur mal schauen, wie wir erreichen, dass weniger Muttermilch im Ausguss landet. Da würde ich vielleicht versuchen zu beobachten, wann er wieviel trinkt und wenn er an 3 Tagen hintereinander eine Portion nicht leer getrunken hat, würde ich die um 10ml reduzieren oder so.

Das klingt gut. Du kannst ja notieren (auch gerne hier), wann er wieviel trinkt und dann die Portionen anpassen. Wenn das gute Stillverhalten so bleibt, kannst du dir auf jeden Fall nochmal überlegen, ob eine Reduktion für dich nochmal in Frage kommt.

Bei den geringen Premengen sollte das Vollstillen doch machbar sein. Ich würde es dir sehr wünschen.

Zu meiner Schande muss ich gestehen, dass ich ihm gestern die letzten 40ml nicht angeboten hatte. Da hatte er nämlich von selbst abgedockt

Ansonsten quält ihn mal wieder der Bauch, keine Ahnung, wie der Arzt drauf kam, dass nach der Rotaviren-Impfung die Verdauung beschleunigt vonstatten geht...
