Gedanken zum 4. Kind stillen nach bisherigen Problemen

Gestern ging es einigermaßen, da stillte er recht viel. Heute früh gabs wieder Gebrüll. Hab festgestellt das er mit BES intensiver saugt als ohne und es ihn auch länger "satt" macht als nur stillen. Beim stillen ohne Bes meldet er sich nach 20-30min wieder und weint (wenn er dann beim stillen ewig saugen muss bis er schluckt brüllt er) bis ich dann mit Bes stille. Da stillt er kurz und dockt ständig ab und weint und überstreckt sich (irgendwie werden seine Kiss-Symptome seit paar Tagen immer schlimmer, er liegt auch immer schief).
Und worauf ich geachtet habe ist wie sein Vakuum ist. Das ist in der Tat schlechter als 1 Woche nach Zungenband trennen. Seine Zunge sieht aber noch immer schön aus wie nach dem trennen

Hatte überlegt ob ich das Domperidon auf 4x 3 erhöhen soll, aber diese Höchstdosis hatte ich noch nicht. Das 3x3 vertrage ich sehr gut. Da hab ich keine Nebenwirkungen. Was meinst du dazu? Oder wird das nicht nötig sein weiter zu erhöhen?

Hallo Moni

Das Gewicht klebt seit den 2 Wochen in denen wir reduziert haben. Möchtest Du ab heute auf 400ml/Tag? Dann schauen wir ob die Gewichtsentwicklung wieder Schwung aufnimmt!
Ausscheidungen sind weiterhin super von daher ist alles absolut in Ordnung aber wir können am Gewicht sehen, dass die Zufüttermenge vielleicht doch etwas zu gering ist.

Ach Moni ich kann total verstehen wie Du Dich fühlst. Du kämpfst schon so lange (schon vor der Geburt!) und bist so engagiert und bemüht!! Und Du hast noch 3 größere Kinder.
Deine Kinder haben eine SUPER Mutter!!

Hallo Bayleaf,

ja, werde heute dann insgesamt 400ml zufüttern. Gestern
Abend war ich versucht ihn noch eine extra BES Mahlzeit zu geben. Aber es hat dann doch ohne geklappt.

Beim Kiss-Doc ist der Termin am 28.4. Er stillt am liebsten rechts. Nur da hat die Milchmenge nachgelassen (er saugt nur noch max 1min an der Seite). Links stille ich im wechsel in Wiege und Football. Wechselstillen klappt nicht immer.

Pumpen tu ich seit Anfang April nicht mehr weil ich es einfach nicht mehr unter bekomme Beim stillen pumpen geht nicht mehr weil er ja ständig ab und andockt. Will mal versuchen es wieder rein zu bekommen. Denke wenn die Ferien um sind, dann hab ich zumindest Vormittags ruhe dafür wenn der kleine mich lässt.

Freitag ist dann U4. Bin gespannt wie groß er dann ist. Eventuell wird er da auch geimpft (entscheiden mein Mann und ich spontan ob da schon impfen oder ob wir noch warten).

Heute früh war es richtig gut. Hat fast 2 Stunden neben mir gelegen und beide Seiten abwechselnd im halbschlaf gestillt und sogar genuckelt. Hat kaum ab-und angedockt. So konnte ich noch bissl dösen. Solche Momente bauen mich auf
Nur bei mir gehen die Verspannungen im gesamten Rücken wieder los Da muss ich mal schauen ob mein Mann da was massieren kann.

Gestern war das stillen wieder katastrophal 2x ging es ohne extremes Gebrüll. Er hat fast jedesmal ca 1 Stunde gebrüllt bevor er wieder gestillt hat. Da bin ich echt an meine Grenzen gekommen. Die Nacht hat er mit Unterbrechungen fast 7 Stunden geschlafen. Stillen wollte er da gar nicht. Nur am Finger nuckeln.

Gestern hab ich ihn kaum an die rechte Seite bekommen. Wenn dann hat er nur ganz kurz gestillt (3-5 Schlucke) und dann gebrüllt.
Heute früh ging es auch so los. Wundert mich da sonst rechts seine Lieblingsseite zum stillen war Es ist echt zum verrückt werden.

Ärztin ist mit seiner Entwicklung zufrieden. Zunahme und Wachstum auf seiner Linie.
Ihr ist aufgefallen das er massiv schief ist und findet es gut das ich Termin beim Kiss-Doc habe. Hat für den Arzt noch etwas geschrieben.

Geimpft wurde er auch. Bin gespannt wie die nächsten Tage deswegen werden.
