Gedanken zum 4. Kind stillen nach bisherigen Problemen

Danke für das Video. Ein sehr niedliches Kerlchen hast Du [emoji3]
Mir fallen 2 Sachen auf:
-er saugt aber schluckt nicht viel
-er kann das Vakuum nicht optimal aufbauen

War es am Anfang/Mitte/Ende der Stilleinheit?

Wie sieht sein Saugbedürfnis sonst aus? Nuckelt er an Deinem Finger? Wie fühlt sich das an?
Was passiert wenn Du das BES schneller laufen lässt?
Fängt er sofort an zu brüllen wenn er die Brust sieht oder erst wie im Video nach einer kleinen Weile?

Danke für die Einschätzung. Das stillen war ganz am Anfang. Da braucht er manchmal bis er den MSR ausgelöst bekommt. Oder wenn er nach dem letzten stillen noch nicht so lange her ist (wenn er z.b. nach einer halben Stunde wieder stillen will).
Am Finger nuckelt er nur kurz. Er braucht immer eine Weile bis er da rein kommt und ich diese Wellenbewegung fühle. An Brust mag er immer weniger nuckeln (am besten klappt es noch wenn er schon am einschlafen ist was auch immer seltener passiert).
Das brüllen kommt mal gleich wenn er die Brust sieht und mal erst nach einer kleinen Weile.
Wenn ich das Bes schneller laufen lasse ändert es nichts ausser das er zum saug-schluck anstatt saug-saug (saug)- schluck kommt. Inkl dem abdocken und gebrüll.

Da er sich mit Finger und Brust nicht wirklich beruhigen lässt trage ich ihn zur beruhigung und einschlafen.

Kann man irgendwie es verbessern das er ein besseres Vakuum hinbekommt?
Mit dem viel saugen und nicht viel schlucken hatte ich auch bei den großen. Wobei es nach der letzten Manuellen Therapie deutlich besser geworden ist das die Milch nun leichter fließt (hatte ja die üblen Verspannungen und Rückenschmerzen).

So langsam geht es seinem Bauch immer besser. Luft kommt nun ohne groß winden und zappeln raus. Bauch grummelt nicht mehr so fies und ist nun auch schön weich. Nur das stillen halt

Heute früh ging 3x stillen mit dem üblichen ab-und andocken, aber ohne schreien. Ab nachmittags kam gebrüll dazu. Abends hat er dann 2 Stunden geschrien bis er sich beruhigt hat und eingeschlafen ist. Hab da mit weinen müssen. Komme mir gerade wie ein Versager vor. Das ich es nicht schaffe mein Kind mit stillen die nötige Geborgenheit zu geben. Das er da stillt, zufrieden nuckelt und einschläft
Finger wollte er heute absolut nicht, er konnte irgendwie nix mehr mit ihm anfangen. Hat dann noch mehr geschrien. Es half nur ihn tragen und hopsen.
Mir ist noch immer nach weinen.

Stuhlgang hatte er heute ohne Probleme. Es ging für ihn viel einfacher.

Nion-Saille, das klingt echt heftig bei Euch! So wie Du um das Stillen kämpfst, bist Du bestimmt kein Versager so wie Du darum kämpfst Dein Kind zu stillen!
Ich wünsche Dir wirklich, dass es besser wird! Es ist furchtbar, wenn man sein Kind nicht beruhigen kann!

Solche Abende hatten wir bei L auch oft. Bei ihr ging es los, als wir vollstillten und sie rasant zunahm. Bei uns war es definitiv kein Hunger. Das stillen nicht immer hilft, musste ich bei ihr auch lernen. Bei uns musste es abends meist im Sling rhythmisch wippen zu weißem Rauschen sein.

Gestern hier auch. Brüllen ohne Ende, nuckeln oder gar Milch will man nicht. Tragen half....Einschlafstillen geht gerade tagsüber gar nicht mehr , das war so einfach. Jetzt muss es tragen oder zumindest hopsen sein
