Hallo Kristina,

du kannst gerne das Wiegen auf dreimal die Woche reduzieren (z.B. Mo, Do, Sa). Stillhäufigkeit und Windelanzahl brauchst du dann auch nur an den Tagen zu notieren.

Wenn du magst, kannst du das Domperidon dann auch ausschleichen, d.h. täglich eine Tablette weniger.
